Services/Financial Policy
WorkLifePT is an out-of-network provider, designed to give you individualized and high quality care. We’re not contracted with any health care insurances. This allows us to deliver the personalized care that each individual needs, free from the limitations often imposed by insurance companies on clinicians. As a result, an upfront fee can be collected at each visit. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your PPO insurance, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. At this time, we do not accept Medicare or MediCal insurance for Physical Therapy Services.
